Welcome to 2025! As your newly elected Board of Directors, we’re committed to keeping Forest Cove a safe, attractive, and welcoming place to live. This year, we’ll focus on enforcing deed restrictions more consistently, improving communication, and investing in key neighborhood maintenance.

🚨 Common HOA Reminders & Violations

To help preserve the appearance and value of Forest Cove, please avoid these common violations:

  • No trailers, boats, or RVs stored in driveways

  • Trash cans must not be visible from the street

  • Lawn maintenance and driveway pressure washing

  • All exterior updates require ACC approval

💰 Financial Snapshot

  • Total Reserves: $10,000

  • 2025 Dues Collected: ~$33,000

  • Common Monthly Expenses Include:

    • Lawn maintenance

    • Utilities

    • Pond maintenance

  • Recent Capital Projects:

    • Replaced damaged fencing in rear cul-de-sac with new fence

    • Added sidewalks on both sides of the pond

    • Replaced pond fountain lights with new LED lights

We remain committed to financial transparency and responsible budgeting, while continuing to invest in long-term improvements for the community.
